The road to successful training
Previous experience of strength training is not required to do Kieser Training. We provide the practical skills and theoretical knowledge you need.
Make an appointment
Make an appointment for an introductory session at your Kieser Training facility - either by telephone or online. Our online form allows you to schedule your desired date and time by generating your personalized voucher.
The voucher serves as a reminder and additional information printed on the backside come at hand, for example contact information of your chosen facility, its address and a location map of our facility.
At the introductory session, we prepare a training programme that meets your specific needs and provide a thorough introduction to the first few exercises.
2nd and 3rd training sessions
At these sessions, you gradually learn the remaining exercises in your programme and how to adjust the machines. In addition, we provide information on our training methodology and the specifics of each exercises.
A medical evaluation is included in your subscription; this ensures that your training programme is geared to your personal training objectives and if necessary takes account of any existing health problems.
10th training session
Between the 3rd and 10th training session, you train independently. The introductory phase ends with a further accompanied session. We can then correct any errors in exercise technique and answer any questions.
20th training session
After every 20th training session, you are entitled to a check session or an introduction to a new programme.
In order to determine your back's strength or measure the progress made, we can arrange a back test at any time; a separate charge is made for this.
